How Alexia.ai Started
It started at Teamified, a global workforce platform. When the team introduced AI into their hiring workflow, they saw firsthand how dramatically it transformed the speed and ease of recruiting global talent.
That experience sparked a bigger idea. Both co-founders, Simon Lee and Simon Jones - tech-savvy leaders who live and breathe innovation - asked a simple question: what if AI could support the entire business operation, not just hiring?
They saw the same pain points everywhere: reports that took hours to compile, teams waiting on data from other departments, chasing updates across emails and dashboards, and leaders spending more time gathering information than acting on it.
